All artwork remains property of the artist. Buy commissioning the portrait you receive an 8" x 10" print along with the digital file. You may reproduce the image as many times as you would like as long as it is for personal use only. You may not sell the image for profit.

Payment is due when the order is made. Paypal and major credit cards are accepted.

Shipments are made twice a business week. Your portrait should be shipped no later than 5 business days after the purchase is made.

No refunds or exchanges. If there is a problem with the portrait due to a mistake made by the artist, a new portrait will be created and sent out at no extra cost to the buyer.
